Who
Bernard Lecuivre
I started in educational publishing, building learning platforms for schools. Twenty years later I run a technology project management office for a public broadcaster. Even when the titles change, my focus to facilite the collaboration towards a positive impact stays the same.
Editors and developers. Engineers and compliance officers. A security team and three hundred colleagues who didn’t know about the new rule. My part is to get them in one room, make sure everyone can speak in a language they are comfortable in, and keep the work moving until it is done.
Medical devices at IBA, HR systems at UCB, an application landscape handed over at the Ministry of Defence, digital initiatives at the European Commission, master data and field logistics at Médecins Sans Frontières. Prince2, Agile, Scrum, Lean IT, ITIL, OCEB, ADKAR, and PM² from the institutional years. A master in multilingual communication with a specialisation in IT and enterprise architecture.
A rugby school. I direct one in Brussels, a hundred children aged four to twelve, run as sport for youth development. Respect and enjoyment, every child plays, and the teams still reach tournament podiums.
A rehearsal room. Guitar in a rockband. Music and Rythm, always !
I co-host Almendra with Merle Becker, and publish teaching resources grounded in cognitive science through Coeos Editions.
