Areas of work

Three things done repeatedly, across sectors, at scale.

01
Complex digital programmes

Governance, coordination, delivery — on programmes too large or cross-functional to manage by instinct alone. Done across medtech, public sector, humanitarian and media, with budgets up to €5M and teams of 20+.

02
Change management & adoption

Tools go live. People don’t always follow. The adoption side of transformation — stakeholder engagement, resistance management, training, and the sustained work of making new ways actually stick.

03
AI readiness & digital strategy

Not the hype — the practical questions. What does AI actually change for the teams, the processes, the governance? Grounded in hands-on experience building AI hubs, running pilots, managing the change.

How it works

A typical engagement covers four phases.

From the first diagnostic conversation to post-go-live adoption measurement.

01 — Stakeholder analysis and problem framing
Interviews, observation, mapping

Mapping of who is affected, who decides, who carries the risk. The brief is a starting point. The actual problem is identified here — before any solution is proposed.

02 — Co-design
Workshops, prototypes, feedback cycles

The people who will work differently help design what that looks like. Decisions are documented, ownership is assigned, constraints are named.

03 — Execution in short cycles with early benefit capture
Delivery against named impact indicators

Progress is measured in outcomes, not activities. Each cycle produces something usable. Adjustments are made before problems compound.

04 — Adoption and handover
Named responsibilities, progress tracking

Training, change champions, measurable targets. The engagement ends when the organisation can sustain the change independently — not at go-live.
